OTOP — One Tambon One Product — is Thailand's national certification for goods made by local communities. Every village, every province, has something the rest of the world has never tasted. A wild honey pressed in the hills of Doi Inthanon. A fermented fish sauce aged in clay pots along the Rayong coast. A roasted chilli paste ground by hand in a Chiang Mai kitchen. These goods rarely leave their province. PIN Family Mart is one of the very few places in the United States where you can find them.

The Story Behind PIN
Named After
an Ancient String
PIN is named after the phin — a three-stringed instrument whose sound has carried Thai culture for centuries. The name was chosen by the musician who plays it: the partner of our founder, whose devotion to craft runs through everything this family creates.
Our founder came to St. Petersburg with a vision: to share the Thailand she grew up in — not just through the food at Pin Wok & Bowl and Pin On Grand, but through the ingredients themselves. The fish sauce from Rayong. The curry paste from Chiang Mai. The artisan goods that rarely leave their province.
PIN Family Mart is that vision made real. A store where every product carries a story — of a place, a maker, a tradition. Opening soon on Central Avenue.
