PIN is named after the phin — a three-stringed Thai instrument that has carried the soul of Thai culture for generations. Our founder's partner is a musician who plays it. That same devotion to craft, to tradition, and to something made with care is the spirit behind every product on our shelves.
Our founder has spent years building a home for Thai food in St. Petersburg — first through Pin Wok & Bowl, then Pin On Grand. PIN Family Mart is the next chapter: a curated store of premium Thai groceries, OTOP artisan goods, and rare imports that most people in Florida have never encountered. We travel to Thailand. We source directly from producers. We bring back what cannot be found anywhere else in this state.
This is not a grocery store in the ordinary sense. It is a place where the Thai community finds what they have been missing, and where anyone curious about Thailand discovers what real Thai cooking tastes like. Every item on our shelves has a story — of a place, a maker, a tradition. We open soon on Central Avenue.
