PIN Family Mart ships to all 50 U.S. states. We specialize in authentic Thai groceries and OTOP artisan goods imported directly from Thailand — many of which are unavailable anywhere else in the United States.
At launch, online ordering will be available for customers across Florida and the continental United States. Hawaii and Alaska orders may have extended delivery times and additional shipping fees.
Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): Free on orders over $75. Orders under $75 are charged a flat rate of $9.99.
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Available for $19.99 on all orders.
Local Delivery — St. Petersburg & Tampa Bay (same day or next day): Available for orders placed before 12pm. Free on orders over $50, otherwise $5.99.
In-Store Pickup: Free. Available during store hours at our Central Avenue location. Orders are ready within 2 hours of placement.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays outside our control.
Some products — including fresh curry pastes, certain sauces, and refrigerated items — are temperature-sensitive. These items are packed with insulated materials and ice packs for shipments under 2 days. For longer transit times, we recommend selecting expedited shipping.
We are not responsible for spoilage caused by delays outside our control once the package has been handed to the carrier. If you receive a damaged or spoiled perishable item, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Non-perishable items in original, unopened condition may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrectly sent.
Perishable food items (sauces, pastes, snacks, beverages) are non-returnable once opened, for food safety reasons. If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item, we will replace it or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.
OTOP artisan goods and non-food items may be returned within 30 days in original condition. Items showing signs of use or damage will not be accepted for return.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains incorrect items, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will resolve the matter promptly — either by sending a replacement, issuing a store credit, or providing a full refund, depending on your preference and the nature of the issue.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal for online orders.
In-store, we accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, and contactless payments including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
Wholesale customers in the St. Petersburg and Tampa Bay area may arrange local delivery as part of their wholesale agreement. Minimum order quantities and delivery schedules are confirmed at the time of account setup.
